SnoozeTax — Alarm Clock
Effective March 7, 2026By downloading, installing, or using SnoozeTax ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
SnoozeTax is an alarm clock application for iOS that allows you to set alarms and snooze them via an In-App Purchase. The App uses Apple's AlarmKit framework to schedule and manage alarms on your device.
You acknowledge that purchasable snoozes are consumable items and are used immediately upon purchase. Each snooze purchase is a one-time use.
You agree to use the App for its intended purpose as a personal alarm clock. You may not:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alarms will fire in all circumstances. The App depends on iOS and AlarmKit, which are controlled by Apple. You should not rely solely on SnoozeTax as your only means of waking up for critical events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klikkit Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to missed alarms, oversleeping, or any consequences thereof.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's terms shall prevail.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
